We're seeking a Technical Program Manager to serve as the primary technical liaison between our clients and internal teams, managing Web3 security projects and fostering long-term client relationships.

• Lead technical discussions and project management for security audits, formal verification projects, contests, and governance reviews. Oversee multiple concurrent engagements including incident response, marketing initiatives, and DAO governance
• Drive client success through deep understanding of their products, challenges, and security needs
• Review and maintain quality of audit and verification reports
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal technical teams
• Serve as technical point of contact for Certora Prover tool implementation and support
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional products and services
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with client needs

• At least 3 years of experience managing customer accounts
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field from a top-tier institution
• Working knowledge of smart contracts and blockchain technologies
• Practical experience with DeFi applications and crypto wallets
• Strong understanding of major blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, Solana, etc.)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Demonstrated project and people management experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to coordinate effectively across organizational boundaries
• Experience with social media and community engagement
• Background in security research (advantage)
• Experience with formal verification tools (advantage)
• Prior work with DAOs or blockchain governance (advantage)
